1. Service Description

XAU SMC Scanner ("the Service") is an AI-powered market analysis tool for XAUUSD (Gold) delivered via Telegram. The Service provides real-time market analysis, key level alerts, scheduled briefings, educational content, and AI-assisted market commentary.

XAU SMC Scanner is not a financial advisor, broker, or signal provider. All analysis is provided for informational and educational purposes only. The Service does not provide trading signals, investment advice, or recommendations to buy or sell any financial instrument.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By subscribing, you confirm that you understand the risks of financial markets and that you are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

3. Subscription Plans

• Free Trial: 24-hour access with up to 10 AI queries. No payment required.
• Pro Monthly: $29/month, auto-renewing.
• Pro Quarterly: $79/quarter, auto-renewing.

Subscriptions are billed in advance and auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time using the /cancel command in the Telegram bot. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until the period ends. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

5. Refund Policy

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service provides market analysis generated by AI based on publicly available market data. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or profitability of any analysis.

• We are not responsible for any trading losses incurred as a result of using the Service.
• We are not responsible for service interruptions due to third-party APIs, exchange outages, or force majeure events.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the most recent billing period.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or share your subscription access with others.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service.
• Abuse the AI assistant with excessive requests beyond the rate limits.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Telegram bot at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Limassol, Cyprus.
