When you use XAU SMC Scanner, we collect the following data:

• Telegram Data: Your Telegram chat ID and username (provided by the Telegram Bot API when you interact with the bot).
• Payment Data: Processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription ID. We do not store credit card numbers.
• Usage Data: AI queries you send, timestamps, and rate limit counters.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and improve the Service (deliver analysis, manage subscriptions).
• To process payments via Stripe.
• To communicate service updates and alerts via Telegram.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:

• Stripe: Payment processing (governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy).
• Anthropic: AI queries are processed by the Claude API. Queries contain market data context but no personal information.
• Legal requirement: If required by law or court order.

4. Data Retention

• Active accounts: data retained while the account is active.
• Cancelled accounts: data deleted within 30 days of cancellation, unless required for legal/accounting purposes.
• AI conversation history: automatically deleted after 30 minutes of inactivity.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

As our company is registered in Cyprus (EU), you have the following rights under GDPR:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data.
• Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Erasure: Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format.
• Objection: Object to processing of your data.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure database access, and Stripe PCI-compliant payment processing. However, no system is 100% secure.

7. Cookies

The XAU SMC Scanner landing page does not use cookies or tracking scripts. The Telegram bot does not use cookies.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
