XAU SMC Scanner provides real-time digital services — AI market analysis, automated alerts, educational content, and scheduled briefings — that are delivered and consumed immediately upon access. Unlike physical goods, these digital services cannot be "returned" or "un-consumed."
This policy is consistent with the EU Distance Selling Directive's exception for digital content and services that begin delivery immediately with the consumer's consent.
We offer a free 24-hour trial with 10 AI queries so you can evaluate the Service before purchasing. We encourage you to use the trial fully before subscribing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time using the /cancel command. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not trigger a refund for the current billing period. You retain Pro access until the end of your paid period.
If you experience technical issues that completely prevent you from accessing the Service for an extended period (24+ hours), contact us within 48 hours at support@smcscanner.ai. We will evaluate the situation and may, at our sole discretion, offer a service credit or extension.
Filing a chargeback instead of contacting support may result in permanent account suspension. Please reach out to us first — we are committed to resolving any issues.
